If you guys want tlo eat more than 4 plates, I advice that come with a really empty stomach and to not drink much of your beverage especially after every plate or in between because then the liquid(drink) fills you up faster. I usually just drink after all my sushi. So then I have more space in my tummy for food than it just filling up with so much liquid and food. Hope this helps a little atleast! 😊

I've just entered the world of arm chair experting professional eaters and I have to say your speed eating comps are just fascinating watching your technique etc. I have to say this is my favourite regular challenge as your just sitting and eating like anyone else but you're just eating a lot.....and I love sushi so it was cool that you were telling us what you were eating as you went. The pasta bowl challenge....not so great though, shovelling it in with your mouth sucking the bowl when it wasn't a speed comp was really not cool.

Reina you can adjust the amount or size of rice like here in Japan ( that is our option ) then you can have a 150 plates + of sushi plates . sushi rice in america are too much (big)
