technology wise it is good & helpfull for reducing the irregularities & may increase the transparency but the large no. unskilled employee are dependable on the Toll operation we have to think about there jobs & employment also.

We can use them for other productive work. we don't need manual intervention always. Road accidents near toll booths were a problem too, life matters they are the back bone of the entire system often neglected. . Also To make things faster we have to get into automation. Indian Government should look for Ultra Wide Band (UWB) based Toll Collection instead of GNSS based ETC. UWB is fast, precise, cheap, secure, reliable, effective, efficient, futuristic & seamless compare to both RFID & GNSS based ETC. GNSS is obsolete, inefficient, slow and expensive.

In this era of modernity, who knows how many houses will be destroyed..!! My family, children and all others are dependent on their jobs at my toll plaza. If due to the advent of this technology my job gets lost then how will I feed my family? 😢😢
