the most important is the area I think. The north coast is pretty ok I would say. Up in the mountains mostly pretty bad, south coast some regions are ok, some not at all. And of course the provider should be considered. I work in IT, using a lot of tools, and I am mostly fine with the speed, also streaming movies or shows. Twice last summer we had power outages, router was off, in these cases I used my phone data. There are also mobile wifi-routers, 40GBs for 25-30euros. And they work surprisingly very good.
