According to the scale 1 is to 2 we are going to devide every dimension by 2, but I'm confused when sometimes you divide it by 4

Sorry about that. I only do that when when ever it's a Diameter, looking for a Radius eg: on Scale 1:2, Draw Q80 80/2 = 40 The 40 is still in Diameter isn't. Then 40/2 so that you get the Radius 20 That is why I just ➗ the 4

the radius is 64 that you need to divide by 2 and then you need to adjust the scale another 2
