Hi sir, I want to ask you about bicubic convolution interpolation in image to addopt on pixel estimation on wide missing pixels. Is it possible to use 8x8 neighbour pixels to perform bicubic convolution interpolation? How about the kernel and the interpolation formula?

Everything fine, but there is a major point which i miss. You could also use quadratic and cubic spline etc. interpolations. But only drawing the curve is not sufficient. At the end of the day when you have the measurement data you want to get the function equation as well in order to be able to calculate on your own the expected values. Just drawing curves is fency but does not bring me much further.
