very well explained. speed being the absolute value of velocity is one of the roots of the confusion about this chapter. also graphing position, velocity and acceleration can also be misleading too.

This didn't really help me. You seem to explain that if its positive, its moving forward, but when I do your exercises. The positive number isn't always moving forward. The video on the website didn't help either.
