Interroll Crossbelt Sorter running at Edcon

Broke down in less than a month. We can't find the brake tool to stop movement when working.

We have the Interlox version of the Interoll sorter in my building and it has never sorted correctly. And Interoll won't give us access to the timing to fix it.

How is the Rubber block chain driven and how many drive sprockets are required in your current arrangement. Since the area of contact between Rubber block chain and sprocket is very less, I am curious to know this.
