I use the divine barrier alot it's pretty good people are sleeping on it good for objs and base defense and seige the slow catches people off gaurd they sometimes have to burn beads on it or be almost Nike ulted for a couple seconds

Duality is super underrated if you do a full ability build on some hunters like marti or chiron. Depending on the build and time of the match you can usually hit around 30-40k damage super easily usually just from poke as well. I'd argue its a really sleeper pick on alotta hunters

@teejay1646 try it before you judge been doing crit kali for years 15 pentas on her to boot and people started using it because weak3n made a video after getting nuked by it. Arachne with vigor works and many people underestimate the healing you are getting off the 1 coupled with vigor they think they can fight you and win and having ult and abilities up a lot more often lets you kill gods you otherwise have no chance of catching like a king arthur literally can't run away from.you because your spiders are back up before the web on the ground despawns

The plan going forward for me is still to cover both games. There ofc will be less SMITE 1 content than there used to be but I do still want to cover updates as they come and the occasional gameplay on the 2nd channel as long as there remains interest in the game :)

In a single patch we get buffs to Hera, Skadi, Izanami, Arachne, and an item that gives stealth. Anyone else get the feeling they're TRYING to make Smite 1 as cringe as possible so we all play Smite 2 instead 😂 at least Kumba, Nu Wa and Freya got nerfed 🙌

He had valid reasons for being apprehensive about the goddesses getting buffs Arachne - fairly recently had a patch where she was buffed and she was extremely oppressive. Also tends to just be a pubstompy god with frustration potential in general due to lack of coordination to shut her down from randoms (she is good in 1v1s but if you group and coordinate she is kinda useless) Nike - 70s big teamfight ult that gives her a massive shield is likely going to be frustrating. It'll feel like she always has her ult up every fight and is unkillable. Not fun. Hera - another character that people often find quite annoying to play against, unfortunately. She kit dumps argus on cd & gets a shield & Ms in her 3. Polymorph is a strong cc & 1.6s with 1 point into it is crazy. Virtually all guardian CCs don't even last that long with 1 point
