yeah but im telling you now with old glad shield back we prolly gonna see guardians dominating metta with just king arthur there. cause of blood soaked shroud. 2 items with percent heal on abilities plus some extra life steal with 1 item. will prolly see stone of gai return as well. all 3 items will be massive healing and so many dual items you can get tank from now. i can already see a build shroud, old glad shield, shifters, prophetic, pridwen , stone of gai.

Anyways though limiting the defensive items by adding a specific power too them is just taking away potential and fun from the game. Also tainted steel might be the counter to all that sustain and be good for warriars

@@baller2085 only problem with anti heal is you need to hit first if im good at pokeing from afar or engaging. Your antiheal doesnt matter

@@timothyfloyd3269 not really too much of a problem in solo, being that you are boxing vampiric and phoenix is sustain over time, not huge bursts of heal. So most of the heals will be tainted, unless that person not even hitting a auto at the beginning of the fight And in late game both mid and carry should have anti heal online, along with your tainted

Too add one more thing, tainted has a fairly long duration, so even if they hit you first in lane, thry not getting healed alot because they probably at full hp already, and after that tainted should be on them constantly unless they not trying to box you or clear wave

Big one you seemed to miss on Phoenix Shield is that it says to only proc once per ability. Not once per target per ability, just once. Idk if its a typo or intended but if it is correct it'll be a tuned down version of old glad.

Arondight on Artemis is just goated. One of the problem with her is early survivability. That movement speed may save ur ass😂😂. I don't know if I'm crazy but even ult doesnt save u most of the time sooo maybe this will do

Yeah I was always building her full ability damage proc build and was always mad I couldn't get this on Artemis nothing is more hilarious then setting up all your traps and procing bluestone, crusher and hearts heartseeker multiple times in a second

I ran the numbers bloodsoaked plus shield of the phoenix provides 3.2% mana and health restore per ability which is more than what og glad shield ever did so she’s abt to become really op. Anti heal ain’t enough to stop this ridiculous combo.

Izanami with Shifter´s Shield was a fun combo to use. The extra protections helped alot keeping Iza on lower hp to benefit as much of her passive as possible. Now with her buffed and the shield returning to Smite... oh boy it´s a wet dream commin´ true!

0:50 let me tell you the biggest problem for joust….. coming from someone who plays non stop conq…. Joust map is tiny….. the respawn timers. Are. Insane. Literally 60-70 death respawn timers. Why? This makes absolutely no sense. You can literally have tower and bird up and get team wiped and lose the entire game before the first person to die when spawns in. It’s so unreal. Literally half the respawn timers. There’s no world in which you should be able to get tower phoenix and titan before even a single person has respawned. It is unreal. If you’ve played joust you know what I’m talking about. Half the respawn timers or at least make it 30-40 seconds…

Also, objectives are made out of paper. You get 1 armor item and can tower dive like crazy. If you get wiped post 2 items, you can easily lose both tower and phoenix. It makes the game really snowbally and more often than not it's just impossible to come back.

Fail-Not Serqet? Fail-Not Passive + Serqet Passive is a 55% crit chance at level 20 + Her passive which is a 10% max hp chunk if you have 3 poisons (assuming you will since you ulted to proc fail not). That's pretty insane kill potential.

Just did the numbers and she heals 3.2% of her health and mana per ability which is more than what og glad shield ever did. 😳 (magical solo meta?) Edit: This shit also stacks on top of her buffed 1 and 3 in Druid form which is just completely breaks her healing basically making her the best ability based character when it comes to long fights and sustain fights if not properly countered.

@@lynettemurray1331 don't matter, you can use those for the magical protections in your build to defend against the mage. Those 2 can silence him for quite a bit, that's the sole reason you'd build them

Abyssal isn't going to do anything to that Arthur. He isn't forced to fight you whilst his cds are down, and since phoenix gives cdr, he will have 110% cd, which isn't a big deal. If you really want to play against him, rush the new broken shifters shield into contagion. Shifters gives Blackthorn stats as well as 30 prots and 20 hp5, so you will dominate lane unless the Arthur also rushes shifters. The following contagion will give very good prots and hp, and combined with shifters ridiculous base stats (it shouldn't have hp5) , you should be practically unkillable whilst limiting Arthur's healing, especially in the late game when combined with divine/brawlers/exe.

Shifters has 30 power and 300 hp above the hp threshold, matching Blackthorn, as well as having dual prots and hp5. You might struggle Vs shifters in lane if you run Blackthorn 1st

I’ve played smite since season 2 and I left for a while. What honestly shocks me so much more than anything is that high rez is still nerfing and buffing gods purely based on what people are complaining about in conquest. CONQUEST IS NOT THE ONLY GAMEMODE AND NOT THE ONLY METRIC THAT DETERMINES WETHER OR NOT A GOD IS IN META OR NOT. Just because a god is a good solo, mid or carry in conquest does not mean that god is broken or too in meta, it really just shows the state of that class and how most of the gods in said class should be rebalanced. Gods should be judged based on how they perform across all game modes and MOST IMPORTANTLY, HOW THEY PERFORM IN TEAM BATTLES WITH DIFFERENT COMPS AND ACROSS MULTIPLE ENGAGEMENTS. NOT JUST IN A SINGLE SOLO LANE FIGHT!!!! That is not what determines wether a god needs balancing.

Sobek needs some mana fixes too. Having his mana regen tied to his ult is incredibly pointless in 2024. It's not like his normal abilities cost more mana because they're strong or empowered or anything, it's just a dumb mechanic that has outlived its uselessness. One rotation of his abilities at level 3 is 190/350 of his mana. He can cast 5 abilities with his mana pool. Meanwhile all the top guardians don't even pay attention to their mana as they abuse their lanes with every ability on cooldown.

What if in a later patch, probably the latest patch because it would ruin the game, where they remove power-specific item restrictions and make Smite 1 feel synonymous to Smite 2? It would prepare everyone of the fact that all items are available to all characters, ofc it would break the game but that’s why it would be the last patch. I’m js, if they know a better timeline of Smite 1 & Smite 2 these are very plausible patch ventures they could employ. Imo
