Hey Boss man, we all gonna have our opinions on what’s good to eat. I’ve lost 100 pounds with eating mostly all different meats cheese and eggs. Low carb tortillas every now and then. Drinking whole milk. Been like this for a year and I feel a lot better and lost 100 pounds. Different diets work for different people! Great videos!

Crispix with sliced bananas, bro! Pure fire! Or Cripix with a drizzling of honey over top! Very healthy and good for you too. My wife, after 14 years, finally got me to try Crispix with sliced bananas. Bro, i ate 2 bowls back to back....lol! Quick tip, buy you a Milwaukie battery operated blower man, it will cut your time in more then half for that wipe down. I did the same thing, 3 or 4 hours to wip my KW down, the blower got it down to 30m to maybe an hour at most. You can get all the water of yoir engine, that is the biggest part of it to me any ways l! Keeping that engine and electronics dry! Keep the good work driver

Being a company driver saving up for my family and to get my own I push every minute and mile I can. Up in mn seems to be all dry. I’ll prolly wait till I hit Fargo before I hit my terminal and get it washed then. I stopped to wipe it down with my towel and it made it worse so said screw it lol I’m ready for summer so I can really polish my paint and wheels. Prolly one of the only company drivers who does it

I’ve been the same size since high school I can eat pretty much what I want but I try to eat sensibly. But as far as milk goes, I just buy the whole milk.
