If you activated ad recently then it may take some time for ad to show up, try finding some google docs for it.

After I add dispose at onAdLoaded same as you then press button, first time it was OK but I press back button on Appbar after close interstital Ad. It shows error message 'Ad has not been loaded or has already been disposed'. Could you let me know what is problem and how to fix it? I did exactly same code as you.

You need to make sure that InterstitialAd.load has been called before using it.. once you dispose you have to initiate again
