This was a solid interview, Wade-O. Salute to Brinson, who is still exalting the name of Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. The Word says that God knows how to deliver His people. Our seasoned fighter and brother Brinson is returning to rare form. Daring others to lay it all on the line for our Savior and King. This video just places another jewel in the crown so that we can continue to live for God's glory. Brinson is another living testimony of our Father's mercy and grace! I definitely need to listen his "Thornz" album. Man, I know about those times when it seems like depression, heartache and sucidial thoughts come against us at once. But thank God that Jesus' blood covered our sins defeating the devil and eternally winning for our good! His Word outranks and defeats them all! So many people need the artist proclaiming the Word of God in Christian Hip Hop today. The wheat and the tares won't be separated until the end. I particularly felt the inspiration from the Holy Spirit with this interview. The effort that Jah Rockn' Productions and GodChaserz Entertainment is doing is bringing hope to the lost. Much love and prayers for guidance and a continual ministerial outpouring of love to all of you in the body of Christ. We need another "Don't Rap No More" call for righteous stewardship and discipleship within the body of believers. Once again, solid, uplifting content on your part, DJ Wade-O. There is enough room for GOM, Reach, Humble Beast, Collision, Lamp mode, Hog Mob, Native North, indie tribe, etc. I've been a fan of CHH or Christian's that rap since the late 90s and we are making some of the best music we have ever made and it really hurts to see so much infighting. I remember back when CMR fans were looking at Gospel Gangstaz and Tunnel Rats fan like they were heretics! I get tired of the GOM's, the Shai Linne's and GodChaserz saying if you don't want to say Jesus, get off "my lawn." Despite some "CHH" not have overtly Christian themes like in early "CHH," the current music has really really blessed as well. Here's some examples of how today's "CHH" has done so in songs that may not mention the name Jesus: 1) I've heard these artists talk about relationship issues has greatly help my marriage. It's sparked great conversation about my wife and I's devotion to one another & fidelity, fleeing flirtatious women, keeping your spouse as the apple of your eye. 2) I've also songs about dealing with deep personal issues life overcoming rape, struggles with pornography, identity issues and depression. These have sparked conversation with my spouse and friends that lead to healing and restoration. And you know how hard it is for men to open up. 3) I heard songs encouraging me as a father and why it's important enjoy and cherish family. 4) As I black man, I've even heard songs about appreciating where I come from and how to bridge the gap in today's political climate. 5.) I've also heard messages in certain songs I've even been encouraged in my career to be the best version of me!

I respect what you are say B Plus, I see you look at it from the eyes of a mature saint. Have you looked at it from the world view of a 15 year old. Who looks at music from another vintage point. That 15 year don't have your experiences, they get a mixed signal and it is over. I hear you and as a "MAN" of God I agree but as a man who ministers to teens all over the world and have to defend, convert, talk teens off of a ledge because they don't know which way is up because the messages conflict in there minds. Have you considered that?

That’s a great point! I was the youth minister at my church for a number of years and I have thought about that perspective but to be honest I haven’t served at that capacity in about 3 years so I haven’t thought about it lately since I’ve been out of that space. Point taken and it’s a very good one! 👊🏾 , thanks for the correction bro.I did hear the whole thing, it was a great interview with many nuggets. It’s the ‘put the mic down/move out the way and let the real rappers that rep Christ have your seat’ talk that I think causes more division. All and all I love what y’all do and y’all put quality ministry and art. We are on the #SameTeam! On another note, Brinson mentioning the working for the church and where that left him...that’s real and I’ve been there! Honestly, that’s part of the reason I’m not as involved as I probably need to be.
