You asked if Iran could invest further in Venezuela to combat Trump administration ... my guess is that "probably no". Venezuela will have a new elected president in charge by January 2025, and what Iran needs to do is to dismantle all their infrastructure in Venezuela before the collapse of Maduros' regime. My initial educated guess was to answer "absolutely no", but at this point: I do not know if Ali Jamenei can even realize of what is happening in Venezuela (and I do not know either if he is realizing of what is actually happening in Iran).
