He's basically the man who solved this case, although a lot of great detectives worked it over the years. As with all serial killer cases, we tend to believe we're hunting a monster ... until they're captured and we realize that they appeared to be a 'normal guy.' Happened with both Gary Ridgeway and Dennis Rader.

Imagine what the frustrations must be like to be a man or woman who live their life in a very dark place day and night . They have pure evil all around them they are tasked with trying to stop or catch . And all they need is to find the light switch in a room with no walls to feel for one and no chain hanging from a ceiling to pull. Is it luck when they find it .....Some times.
