Sir where can I find "Document ID"...?? for accepting offer letter it is asking to Enter name as mentioned in Offer letter followed by 8 digits of Document ID...

It should be your adhar card no. Try once with your adhar card. Frankly i have no idea about that because I didn’t get that on my time.

Non technical ho fir v koi issue nhi h bas us qsn ke bare me theoretically pata hona chahiye. Aapke pichle experience ke bare me puchenge jyada qsn but ye jo mere qsn hai wo pata hoga to jyada fayda hoga.

You need to under what Service desk do. You need to learn troubleshooting qsn. Computer related issue, printer relates issues . Ye sab dekhna shuru kardo
