I don't know a word of Gaelic, but I'm sure I heard a few "ye know"s in there. Am I tripping?

There's tiny words of English from both him and the presenter, it's just how a lot of people will speak casually these days. It's not strictly correct Irish to use a word for 'yes' so not surprising people who usually speak English might start a sentence with 'yeah' before speaking as Gaeilge
