Icici po program is totally fake . What they say about this program is totally different when you are posted in real bank or there branch lots of sales and only sales . If you can handle sales pressure and ignore the bullying of your seniors and internal politics than go ahead otherwise go for higher studies such as mba etc from prestigious institute and make worthy of it .
