If anyone knows the ins and outs of how projects succeed or fail in an organization, it’ll be your stakeholders. Stakeholder interviews give your team a clear understanding of goals, challenges, feature requests, and even personalities within the organization or team you’ve partnered with.
Asking project stakeholders a few simple questions will help you get ahead of issues and uncover important information that could impact your plan. For example, your stakeholder interview might provide answers about how you communicate about the project, how and when you present your work, and maybe even team politics, issues, or risks you’ll want to avoid.

I really like this. We don't do what you're speaking of with the specific intent you're referring to. But, we offer an organizational assessment/operational assessment product. We can scale this to any size, an assessment of the entire organization and all of its buckets or just one area, H.R., financial, etc. We then provide a detailed report with positives opportunities for improvement and recommendations. We complete stakeholder interviews with leadership about the specifics of the operational assessment we're completing and then survey the bulk of staff on the same. We then theme both results and are able to compare reality with perception and drive improvement for the organization. Like I said this is different than the intent of what you are speaking about. Our questions are more about operations and process, what's working/not working and gaps, but the information still leads us to a barometer of culture and what people believe- positive or negative, outcome oriented or compliance oriented, punitive or supportive environment, negative or positive team members/stakeholders.
