It's nice to see Master Shi smile 😊 lots of great advice, I would share as we're both equal (unless someone really does need it more than me). I'm learning how to be at peace. Still a way to go: I get moments of being at peace, still to have long lasting peace. I like the way you describe balance: it's more like _going with the flow of life, like the river_ & accepting both positive & negative experiences, rather than what us westerners think as "in between extremes" or everything in equal proportion (like home & work life balance). I thank you for being here & sharing your ways, it does indeed help 🕉💕🙏
Master Yi, I believe your voice has been chosen to communicate these spiritual concepts for these times we are in. God bless you and your continued work. 🙏

He explained the “middle way “ very well. I always thought it was being in the middle. But his explanation is to experience the balance of both the good and bad.
@stoneysdead6893 жыл бұрын
Not only to "experience" them but to understand they're only bringing balance to us- so when something good happens don't "pull" when something bad happens don't "push" . We have a tendency to ty and pull the good things in close to us, try to make them remain- re-experience them over and over- it leads to unhealthy addiction and dependence. When something bad happens we try and push it away from us, for get it, we often try not to eve acknowledge it- we have to learn to simply experience it- it's all bringing balance. 🙏

I love how he talks about "the middle way". The modern world which in many ways corresponds to the workforce and class system embeds in us the idea of rank or hierarchy (consciously or subconsciously). And with "higher" and "lower" levels, we all too rashly tie in good or better with "high", and worse or bad with "lower". We have to learn how to see and understand "whole".

Thank you Master, for sharing your wisdom 🙏 and I want to say, after reading some of the comments, many people say that they think you are attractive, sexy man and there is nothing wrong about it, but maybe we must say it in a different way-women feel good in the presence of your energy,they can open with you, because they trust you can't hurt them, they feel secure with you , they appreciate your strenght, physical and emotional,inner and physical power, same time softness, gentleness, your calmness, they can feel accepted just as they are, they feel understood and loved in the presence of your energy.. So, I dont know nothing about the personal life of a buddhist monks, maybe you are not allowed to touch a woman, but even if you never touched a woman with your hands, you touched many women with your heart and mind and soul. This is really beautiful and powerful! ❤️ This is the new "sexy"! Much love to everyone. 🙏❤️

✨The middle way is not going in between the extremes. The middle way is the way which is embracing both of the extremes✨This is so helpful! If you experience really huge emotional highs and lows you can waste time feeling guilty that you are not "balanced" and that you are failing to walk the middle path. But that is because you have been trying to squash the feelings down to less extreme versions. It cannot be done. You feel what you feel. If you instead embrace both extremes you can achieve balance. This means accepting sadness, grief and loss, however deeply painful it may be. It also means accepting happiness, joy and bliss, even if it seems out of all proportion. The whole is balanced. ✨☯️✨

Good friends are hard to find, especially the ones with real connections. Something is in my control and something is not in my control. I have control over my mind-not outside events- realize this I will find strength to not merely bear what is necessary but love it. Amor Fati, A proper way to welcome the dawn of a new day. An early-morning walk is a blessing for the day. Heath, youth and freedom are the greatest blessings of life. However, people don’t usually value what they have until it is gone and never return.
