thanks for sharing this, she's adorable. she also seems intelligent and interesting. to the person that said she reminds them of katie holmes: everyone sees something different and is, of course, entitled to their opinion, but i have to say, i see major difference in how they conduct themselves. chantal seems genuinely sweet here and comes across very naturally, whereas any interviews i've seen with katie holmes, she is cloyingly cutesie and has little to say.

She looked so young to be a mom...times have changed. I like the way she acts, how can be so natural and silly and yet look catchy to the camera? The interesting thing is that to me she isnt even that pretty, she looks very average, but has some kind of delicious charm that gets you excited. Maybe her childish-raspy voice or the way she laughs, makes her truly captivating.

Chantal goya, how do you see yourself now? Still a singer, or a film actress? Chantal Goya: Well, i'm still a singer, and a little bit of an actress but not really. P: Is Godard's film your first time in the movies? C: It's my first time as an actress. I remember four or five years ago- P: You were still in the cradle! C: Not quite. P: Almost. C: I remember I was often an extra at the Boulogne studios. I wanted to see what movie sets were like, with the camera, the directors, the stars. I was really drawn to it. P: Do you think Godard's film will set your carer on a new path? C: I've asked myself the same thing. Maybe since I don't have many scenes, I'll keep making records. But I hope to do other good films after summer vacation. P: In other words, "Directors, watch out!" ... P: Like all youngs singers today, I'm sure you have fans, both boys and girls? When i was in England, I saw all the girls in miniskirts wearing colorful shoes, and I thought, "This'll soon be big in France." You see it now in Paris. The girls are wearing fantastic outfits. I hope one day to have my own shop with clothes like that, and really funny gadgets. P: You live in a very pretty house. Did you choose it? Or was it your husband, Jean-Jacques Debout? C: To tell the truth, he picked it out. P: You like nature? C: Yes, I do. And it's so close to Paris. P: Your husband is also what could be called an idol. He's a well-known singer-songwriter. 24. there's a bit of a debate over whether she was born in 1946 or 1942. most sites give 1946, but the 'Absolument Goya' site makes a convincing argument for 1942.
