She probably got her first kiss, at 12, in the opening scenes of the original version of "The Beguiled", from Clint Eastwood. Thst film was principally shot in and around Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My daughter and I were fortunate enough to find the plantation, which is part of the property of a chemical production facility. Unfortunately, the plantation is surrounded by a tall, chain link fence, and isn't open to tours, but you can drive up to the fence and look at it.
