This was an interesting window into a world of comics that isn't for me. I buy to read, not to resell. I like the comics for the stories and art, not for the resell value. I can't have the hobby without being aware that the other aspect exists. This was informative. I don't think reselling becomes a thing unless there are people that genuinely care about the art and stories. People who just want to appreciate it.

Not all online resell is flipping. We also have a very successful eBay presence that provide new issues to people all over the world that don’t have the luxury of having a local comic shop for them to buy their books. Collector’s Comics sells massive books but they also sell everything else in between. What they are providing us with is an experience very similar to eBay but it is better for both the seller and the buyer. The lowest fees for featured auction books and 0% for our marketplace and weekly auctions. It helps both businesses reach new customers while moving old stock and freeing up room for new books!
