So talented!! I was lucky enough to see him as Jean Valjean in Madrid, and years later in London as The phantom. I wish I could have seen him in London when he also played Jean Valjean. Love his voice!!

Seen the show many times and he is an amazing Phantom. he manages to be so menacing, powerful and creepy but you still feel such pity and sympathy for him, really heart breaking.

I remember seeing him on Popstars Argentina. I was never really a fan of Mambru but it makes me SO happy to see him as the Phantom. He deserves this part and Valjean. Good luck, Gerónimo!

Even though the 2004 film and the West End performances are very different in their own ways, I think Gerard Butler was the best Phantom I have ever seen, not just on looks but on voice and performance. However, live on stage is amazing and I can't say any of the Phantoms I have seen are bad because they are obviously fantastic to have landed the role.
