Interview with Italian pitcher Sam Aldegheri 🇮🇹 ⚾️

Here is my interview with Italian left-handed pitcher and Philadelphia Phillies prospect, Sam Aldegheri, that was recorded for a recent broadcast pregame show.
I was thrilled to meet Sam and get to know him, because he has a great story and I've been following his career for a while. I'm Italian on both sides of my family and it's so awesome seeing Sam represent Italy as he works toward his dream of pitching in Major League Baseball.
Sam and I crossed paths because I'm broadcasting for the Aberdeen IronBirds and Sam is pitching for the Jersey Shore BlueClaws in the High-A South Atlantic League. We talked about his family, his brother's influence on his baseball career, how he learned English, his favorite foods, and more in the interview.
