True. To appeal to the modern mind, it is necessary on the part of Ulemas to be equipped with diverse fields of knowledge, in order to answer questions of the former with a satisfactory ease. Allama Iqbal, has subtly pointed to this problem. Whatever has happened, has happened. Now the new crop of young Ulemas, should strive to combine insights from different disciplines of human endeavor, so that the current sceptical mind find their answers convincing and are thereby spared the torture of dilemmas that usually haunt them.
