"Even if this doesn't work out, how do I make sure that I benefited from this." -Merritt Really enjoyed that comment

What an inspirational life. Courageously plotting your own course while being open to the randomness of the universe.... and, touching down on this podcast, too.

Ohhhh… I need to be honest. This was painful to listen 🥴. I mean Merritt is absolutely amazing in everything she achieved and so on… BUT I really, REALLY thought that this would be the best possible interview I’ve heard, bc let’s be real she travels around the world and do speeches! And everything Isabella asked her, she really gave such a shallow answers, and she barely said anything and at one point I thought she doesn’t know what she needs to say 🤔🫣 as if she was asked something of someone else 😵‍💫 like wtf?!? I felt a bit sorry for Isabella bc she really asked her such a great questions and she basically helped Merritt answered some questions 🤣🤌🏽 Isabella you are amazing 🤩

Omg. I totes felt the same way. I was really excited for this interview cause I love Merritt, she’s in STEM like me, is such a great role model for women and is so accomplished… but wow, she is not a good story teller! Like her answers are so disjointed and didn’t couldn’t get any point across. So surprising cause I’d expect her to be well spoken, especially as a scientist, she should be able to speak convincingly, or at a minimum, cogently!
