Sir a visit must be happen on "La Thang" that located between Damsna to Maita hills, the locals said here are very huge place for airport purposes. The location are under the Honble EC Aga Syed Abass Constuency. Council and Survey team also should visit the place and watch the feasibility for Airport.

Like Mr Hussain, said having a Airport at Kargil, will absolutely help flights from Delhi, Jammu & Srinagar to Leh, to land at Kargil, incase of Emergencies as a Alternative therefore I really think a full fledge Airport at Kargil, is a need of the time even big aircrafts like C 17's & A 320's, lands at Thoise (VI57) .

Adequate land is available for future extension of the runway at District Airport Kargil but fails due to security border region so I thank should develop airport away from Kargil district as Adequate land is there It's important to do extension of the runway that will have satisfactory natural upgrading for landing as well as downgrading for acceleration of aircrafts while take off.The edge lights at the runway and various other necessary arrangements need to be done 1st at Kargil Airport.
