Hands down one of my favourite Drupad singers. I love hearing his story!

First I knew him from Bengal Classical Music Festival - Bangladesh. Probably it was November 2013. I did not have any introduction with dhrupad before him. He was singing, tear keep flowing simultaneously. He is very empathetic with his raga. I started to love dhrupad through him. He is a living legend. What I love most of him is his expression of emotional attachment with the raga. Seems he does not sing the raga rather he draws it. He is down to the earth, possess an amiable personality. I do love him.

Panditji is fantastic as always. Edit/Sound Mix has a serious issue of levels. At least the Background music should be reduced a lot while he is demonstrating notes by singing. It sounds scale conflict when you mix two vocals/ragas/notes. The levels killed the 'Shringar' of 'Raag Bihag'.

Nice.. please edit the background sound track, While he is demonstrating. Its very disturbing..
