"Cop Vs. Phone Girl" is one of Third Eye Blind's worst songs. Maybe "Self Righteous" is slightly worse. It doesn't always matter what a song is about and how deep it is; sometimes substance doesn't make a good song, sometimes a good song is something that just sounds good. Then Jenkins says the 2016 Lollapalooza show was one of Third Eye Blind's best festival performances. They didn't play "How's It Going to Be", "God of Wine", "Slow Motion" or "Crystal Baller". To choose to play "Cop Vs. Phone Girl" over any of those songs is a clear indication that this wasn't one of their best performances. It doesn't matter how much energy the band or crowd had; sometimes a good setlist is what makes a good concert. Stephan is so full of shit in this interview.
