Thank U Tassie & Kostya ! Great Interview ! If U dont Love this man ,then U R not Australian ? God Bless Him ! Old Aussie here of almost 73 followed Kostya all His Career Since Coming to Australia ! And Loved every minute Except Watching His defeat from R.Hatton ? So much So I felt it for Weeks ? And even now just want to forget that,Similarly to Kostya . As He wanted & needed to move on,as that Interview Showed ? Just went and Seen Nikita's fight & still have the Same feeling towards The two boys as their Dad ! Great Example of good young men inn & outside the Ring ! I Can See the joy from Kostya just Speaking of them & rightly so ! However ,I also must give praise too, towards their Wonderful Mother ,because She has been their for them ,Since Kostyas Retirn to Russia ? Well done Mum,God Bless U ! U have two beautiful Son's ! You ,Kostya & your whole Family will always be loved by us Aussies, for your outstanding contribution to Boxing & to our Society here in Australia !🙏♥️🙏

Great catch-up with the Legendary Kostya what a fantastic insight from his past life and fights very humble man. Always remember his fights his boys have a great teacher. But one fight I can't seem to watch again is his last fight with Ricky Haddin. Very sad but his legacy will live on. Well done champ🥊

For a long distance podcast interview I’m sure the time delay was frustrating for you Tassie you did well , really enjoining the great work your doing. Gotta love the entire Tszyu family , what they have done and continue to do is absolutely amazing.

46:17 Great interview with a legend. Kostya is still a hero in Australia. His like Master Yoda, talks about destiny and how he learnt, even in defeat. Not only one of the all time greats in the ring, but out of the ring. Tim has found his way and has similar mental strength and skill. Nikita has similarity in balance and power, but needs more discipline and defensive skills. Kostya mentioned and it stands out, how he wasn't as defensively minded as he progressed in his pro career. As he said, they felt his power and he went away a bit from the brilliant sort of performances like the brilliant 1991 World Amateurs tournament. Awesome Taasie to have that connection and friendship. Cheers 👍 46:17

Funny story about Darrell Hiles in that fight with Kostya…he was walking to the ring in his old trunks, and some bloke offered him $550 to wear a pair of trunks with his company logo on it. Darrell changed shorts right before walking to the ring 😂

What keeps Kostya in Russia, I don't quite understand? Yes, he has a new family there but he deeply loves Australia and his boys have thrived there. He is a legend in Australia also and the freedom to live in Australia far out weighs what is possible in Russia. He could have everything and more it seems...

I love how the whole family loves Australia more than Russia 😢
