The way Nick really got into telling the story of Ethan Doesn't Die while stating that they'd never release it anyway is great, so funny and 100% Nick! I imagine that there’s some place outside of Hatchetfield, but maybe not the Black and White. This place is kinda like that candle room in The Book of Life y’know? It’s kinda like the timelines are the waterfalls. So like it’s just a giant room full of just timelines, although obviously it probably would have a different color scheme. Anyways, maybe the Lords in Black can just tweak each of these timelines. Also, maybe in the Black and White the Lords in Black have their own little maybe like islands that they control. Most of the Black and White is just emptiness, but each Lord in Black has their own section. I haven’t really thought about Webby here, but I imagine that her section would, if she had one, be very calm. Wiggly’s would be the one we saw in BF, with the Sniggles and no rain. Tinky’s section is the Bastard’s Box, so basically an endless maze. I don’t know much about Pokotho’s section, but I think it would be very melodramatic kinda? Blinky’s would be very tragic, as it was in Watcher World. We don’t know anything about Nibblinephim (don’t @ me about the spelling) but in my mind it’s dark because of the “feasts in the dark” title, y’know? I also think maybe there’s a bigger force at work. I’m very interested to learn about more of the Lords in Black, and see if Webby comes back.
