I have never cared what the media says about Alex he always comes across as a kind and humble guy. Great talker as well. Nice to have Alex on board the Apspy world. Both of you are looking well, great interview.

Respect for this. It needs to be discussed more. I actually met you very briefly in 2014 at bikram yoga in Fleet.

Mate this is awesome! Your heart and your soul is so pure and true. You are a warrior and have so much knowledge and wisdom. I hear what you’re saying about other peoples voices being louder than your inner voice. I really hear it. I’m being haunted at the moment by memories of occasions where I listened to other people who I thought knew better. It’s painful and for me it shows it’s self in loss of speech, almost mute or I shutdown. BUT, when I’m talking to the next generation my speech is clear and I’m confident, listening to my inner wisdom and passing what I’ve learnt through pain to them so that they are able to listen to and trust THEIR inner voice. I’m so pleased you two connected! if I can help with the school visits please shout! I used to work supporting youngsters with ASD and behavioural difficulties so have experience. Thank you for being honest and open and setting an example of embracing your true self. J x 👍💪
