Brother, my advice is to increase your worship and be sincere when making dua. Pray your five daily prayers consistently and on time. Qareen (companion jinn) these are assigned jinns who tempt Muslims. Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ case was unique, he was granted this blessing. And all other's qareen are not muslims. Remember shaitaan asked Allah (swt) to assign qareen so that he can wisper humans and misguide them. Then Adam (as) asked Allah (swt) for protection from qareen.
