How did you not believe their connection was that strong? That’s literally what we learn in the the first season! Their hearts literally beat in sync???

I personally thought Louis was being over dramatic, but coming to learn who Anne rice is as an author, through the way these characters are intended to be. Ofc she would have made their connection insanely strong.
