Serious answer: It depends. From what I'm seeing its made of EVA foam which isnt that expensive. The real cost is time and patience to make. I could guess it costs him around 50-100ish bucks to create the whole thing. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

I consider it actual cannon now that the ODST armor set is in helldivers cause he is wearing it It is specifically a prototype armor set that has been cleared for a field test along with a new type of rail gun Edit: it is also sporting new technology such as new Visor tech that outlines enemy’s in red friendlies and weapons in blue and the environment in a of whitish color for after dark operations, it also gives you a heads up display of your vitals(health bar), your weapon and back up weapons and the ammo down to the last bullet, as well as the number and type of grenades you have left
