In as much as he severally complained that they didn't treat him well, why didn't he speak up while Warrior was alive? For Warrior to have composed and recorded the incident in a song, and he with the recording the company kept mute, meant that Warrior was correct. Dan Satch even said in one interview that they once contemplated litigation on the matter but decided against it. Nevertheless, Tony Awoma was a wonderful guitarist with the Orientals.
@scoreboardtv01Ай бұрын
He did ooo, but he wasn't on same level with Warrior, that was why he had to leave due to the mistreatment he was getting from them. But I still thank you for your observation..

Bro. None knows that sir warrior will gone soon
@marvisnwokocha6772Ай бұрын
@@scoreboardtv01 You didn't even understand my comment. From 1979 when "Ozo wu iwe m" was released to 1999 when Sir Warrior died, Awoma and Anodisc kept quiet and never uttered a word to challenge Warrior about the story in that song.
@literatureandreligion2 ай бұрын
This interview should have been done in Igbo language. Awoma would have expressed himself better.
@scoreboardtv012 ай бұрын
You are right. It's just that we considered the wider audience who might not understand Igbo language. Thanks for your observation.

Please go and learn how to interview a guitarist, set up his instrument properly such as a decent combo and an SM57 mic at least, you can can also get a multi effect and an audio interface to record the live audio. This an abuse of intellectual property.
@scoreboardtv01Ай бұрын
Thanks for your advice. However, the interview was not meant to show class and sophistication. It was meant to draw people's attention to a talented old musician. Some good people might help him eventually.
