Laparotomy ke baad kitne time me relief mil jata h 10 days surgery ke ho gye abhi bhi gas pass nhi ho rhi.. Aor bol rhe h ki 6 weeks lagta h. Enema dete h thoda sa stool nikalta h.. Gas bhi pass hone lagti h. Phir ek do din baad yahi hone lagta h same procedure NOP phir NG tube lagake gas pass karwayenge IV fluids denge,, kuch kha bhi nhi pa rhe body bhi kamjor ho rha h. Pls suggest or any good surgeon.. Maam plz reply
