I did something similar 30 years ago ;D I think you can develop this a little further, think of cells that move longitudinally rather than horizontally, and make a robot that is 5-10 kilometers long and can enter caves. Simple, including nothing difficult. There will be a camera, electronic system and plastic welding machine at the end of the robot. Robot; It will be like a plastic hose with one end turned upside down. There will be 4 channels on it. As the air-filled inflatable plastic tube turns its corners, the electric plastic welding machine at the end of the hose will create corners and turn the corners as it releases air into the hose. The necessary cables will be released from the pulley at the end of the hose as the robot progresses.

@@AdityaMehendale I didn't make a video, but I have the drawings in my notes. I don't have much time to shoot videos for KZbin. I think I will start making videos when I retire in 3-4 years. :/
