I had my doubts about this. It worked wonderfully though. Our pool without it the temperature was un-swimmable. It raised the water temp a good 10 degrees. (We also used a solar cover)

I have that same pump. I had to buy some connections from amazon to go from 1.25 to 1.5 hose. Wanted to ask where did you get the T-splitter to put both hoses? Also I wasnt sure where the intake hose went on the top or the bottom but I see you have on the bottom with that splitter.

The buttons on mine stopped working the next day. Great pump but because of it's a hassle. I can't set the times, I have to unplug it or use "reset" button to work it.

No clue. I just use my Sand filter pump and keeps it clean. No need to switch out filters

Hey! I live in AZ question how do you drain the pool water also how did you plug in the filter did you have to install a outlet outside?

Yes I have an outside socket. There is a plug on the outside of the pool you can undrain the pool through that or use your pump to drain it

Helpfull hint don’t backwash your pool all the time if the sand is a little dirty it will clean better because it can catch all the particles easer we usually backwash once there is a trickle of water coming out of the pump
