The heel turn on Gigi Dolin (redhead) by Jacy Jayne was planned as it was a callback to when Shawn Michaels turned on Marty Jannetty by Sweet Chin Music-ing him through a plate glass window in Brutus Beefcake's Barber Shop, but the door was actually supposed to have been set to where when Gigi tried to go through it she could have done so easily. However, the door was turned the wrong way (note the hinges were set to open the door OUTWARD instead of INWARD) so when Jacy kicked Gigi's face she really hit that door with force and Jacy's boot left Gigi with a laceration
