My 82 year old aunt watches you every day and loves you Gina. She told me to tell you the next time you cut onions DON'T cut the root off went you start. Because it's the strongest part of the onions and will make you cry as it does. Try it if it works for you, give her a shout out and if it doesn't work, give her a shout out anyways because she is your #1 fan, and will watch you all day somedays literally. Alot of the times the tomato 🍅 sauce gives me heartburn 😫 even when I do add the sugar..Taking something 4 heartburn b4 dinner does help some but it would be nice to enjoy a plate of spaghetti 🍝 and not pay for it later on or during the night. I add enough sugar to help but I guess I'm not adding enough maybe. But I do add the tomato 🍅 paste to mine as well and its so yummy. It does change the dishes flavor. Gina, girl you are always giving us love with your cooking video's.😊 But you and those onions have no love for one another.😆 I'm about to give you some love, with this tip, for how to handle those onions without tears. *Put That Whole Onion In Your Freezer, Unpeeled, For About 10- 15min. When you're ready for it, no more tears. Why? You may ask, freezing the onion helps temper those membranes in the onion. Stopping it from releasing those liquids, that cause our eyes to water. ❤
