The green effect is a thing known as Generation Loss where repeated copying of the same image will end up in it getting more and more degraded and green until its unrecognizable (Yes Generation Loss by Ranboo is named after this effect)

So fun fact, if you point two mirrors at each other and look into the reflections further back, it actually gets more green. I don’t know why or how, but it does. This may or may not have something to do with the green tint, but I’m no expert

if you look at a mirror's side (as in the actual glass) you can see green tint

The glass in the mirror has a very slight green tint, so small that you basically can't perceive it. However when you have that particular infinite loop, the effect feedbacks into itself making it more and more noticeable. It probably has something to do with the refraction angle of green being slightly different than the other colors in the glass but I can't say for sure. I remember going to my barber as a kid and it was awesome because he had two gigantic mirrors on the walls so you got to see this effect in entire barbershop while getting a haircut.

@@socialistrepublicofvietnam1500 probably, different light frequencies have slightly different refraction angles in every material. Essentially the light beams become deflected and the angle depends on the frequency of the wave (what we see as color). This is how lens work and why a prism and water drops produce rainbows. The glass being used may have a steeper refraction index for green but I can't say for sure.

I think you should upload a video that's just entirely messing around with a feedback loop. I don't think it's possible for that to become worse as it continues past the first minute or two, so any longer is just making it better and better :)

How bizarre, how PARTICULARLY peculiar of you. But the green tint could be due to the several green attributes on the screen, as it first starts to turn green at the sixth or seventh loop of it. The screen takes the green, due to the main colors of the stream during the moment you pulled the stream tab up, and uses it and slowly begins to sub over the white, and even started to make the black/dark grey additions a dark green. Coincidentally, with mirrors, they fade darker the further back the reflection, and begin to appear green to the human eye
