What color reader do you use? Does it only work on a cell phone?

I use Artrage. I don't think there is a cell phone version, but am not sure.

Dianne, can you explain color notes and how to properly do them? I believe they would greatly improve my technique but I don't know the first thing about it.

"Color notes" is a term painters use to refer to repeated areas of color. I'll do a Quick Tip about this for you.
