Can you help me I'm 49 in ill health but want start proper painting. I can not stand for to long and want to use easel. I thought about flat on table but no good if want to do larger painting so be longer with the painting and think I catch my arm on painting. Excellent introduction to the language and interpretation of abstract painting. The interplay of the painter and the viewers thought process is fascinating. The painter experiences time of creation and flow of thought. The viewer experiences time of analysis and flow of thought.

I have a question but don’t know where to post it. My question is would you do a quick tip on how to handle colour for large bodies of rippled water (such as an ocean or lake) with sky reflections? How do I choose colour? Water colour? Or sky colour? Do I combine those colours? Or will squinting give me the colour that I should go with?
