@DJPolska07 - The Intimidator Spot 150 is actually a little brighter than the QSpot 160. This is because there is less in the lens train. In other words, it has less effects than the Qspot (prism, gobos, etc). Depending on your application, you may find it to be more appropriate to have this unit, or the feature packed QSpot 160.

@slaction Any questions are welcome! In the case you mentioned, if you put a frost filter in front of this light, the output would decrease tremendously. We include the frost filter in more expensive fixtures because: 1. They are more expensive and require additional features; and 2. They are brighter and can handle the frost filter. If you are thinking of frosting out your Spot, get frost gels from Rosco, GAM or LEE. Thank you for your creative question!

Looks like a great little mover. As always Chauvet uses perfect gobos for their fixtures. One question. Sorry if this is off topic, but would it be possible to have a frost filter in a smaller fixture like this? I know they are available in the higher end models, and I know the effect would not be nearly as great with a smaller light source, but these little guys would come it super handy hanging or on the ground as added washes using a frost filter. Just a thought.
