@@hellojacobw4151 yeah instead I am trying and would recommend saving due to glitches, but if you die without glitches try to not reload the save and instead come back to life for more interesting gameplay

Just save as you enter the zone and play one life as you go and use that as a checkpoint but atm with the current bugs with ITR2 you kind of have to spam save every 3 minutes.

@@mapkidd Yes, I am aware the Quest 2 is less powerful. But my brother in Christ, you have TWO devices to process things while Quest 2 or 3 players only have one. Of course PCVR is superior. It's just that the PC I have now is incompatible with PCVR and I don't intend on getting a new one anytime soon because that is the only problem with this one.

generally it is an idea for the devs but they're currently and only focusing on the pcvr version of the game until its full release. but hopefully there comes a time when the devs decide they want to port it to the standalone quest headsets but that may take years we dont know.

@relaxless9301 I found a workaround for my system. I had to actually LOWER my core ratio in bios and suddenly the game is working fine for me. I'm on a i9-12900k and reduced the turbo ratios of all my cores to 48 from 52-49. suddenly I can play! hope this helps

there's currently no melee weapon in the game at this current stage unfortunately. in ITR you could cheese a lot of the enemies with a knife tbh, so they're either gonna remove it completely or somehow balance it before releasing it later on

@@wuberkz1692 I don't think it's cheesing. The knife's tradeoff is range and accuracy (when throwing) for a whole lotta damage. It would make sense that the knife is crazy powerful as a melee weapon.

@@Lockmahn i could easily "cheese" most enemies by just walking up to them n stabbing before they could do anything, or by walking backwards then poking them... it really was a little cheesy at times.. maybe not melee itself and potentially more just the AI but they sort of work hand-in-hand haha. regardless i do hope they return, as they can still be useful - especially now with the bottles that need to be shot open, etc. :)
