You should attempt a "naked" run. This means no gun, no armor, nothing in your backpack, nothing on your person. Everything you need, you must find in the Radius. Definitely an adrenaline boost.

There is actually a mod for this on pc called the scavenger mod. It locks all items in the shop at security level 6 since the max in game is 5. It also changes the loot table so anything can be found in the radius including attachments and armour. I have around 60 hours playing with the mod.

Wolf in settings turn on virtual stock and enjoy having a stable shot. Edit: When going to destroy a fragment orb with a knife press the button you use to inspect items and jab the orb with a lot of force, should destroy it with one go.

If you ever decide to play this game again, you can get an entirely different experience out of it using the Scavenger mod! It disables the shop and you have to find everything in the various crates and such around the radius. All the loot is randomized so you may end up trying out a lot of different guns depending on what you find and how much ammo you have!

there are anomalous items about the map (not artifacts) that are ghostly white. I found if you use the flashlight from the 2nd floor of the factory with the teddy bear on top of the roofless building, and the light from the torch becomes "Shimmery and weird" when you use the torch light on the teddy bear. there are 2 other anomalous items (a camera and a tea cup) elsewhere. I assume you need todo something with the shadow shimmer and the tea cup, and to take a photo of the resulting [...?]
