Into The Blue: Yellowtails and Bull Sharks

Captain Scott Walker and Captain Steve Rodger are catching bait when they have an encounter with the police. After that ordeal is over, they set out offshore of Key West in the Florida Keys to have a relaxing day of Yellowtail Snapper fishing, but they are interrupted by a swarm of Bull Sharks.

Are these yellow-tails the same as the ones you get at a sushi restaurant?

+Jarred Cudeyro Probably not...Most Yellowtail in sushi restaurant are California Yellowtails or Hamachi. Still a great fish, but in the Jack family. These are Yellowtail Snappers. We see them in sushi restaurants in S Florida and they are excellent but the Hamachi is a different fish
