Hi, can you kindly advise: I have received my LMIA exempt number from my Canadian Employer, I will be applying on an ICT work permit (under a specialized worker) as I work for the South African entity of the Canadian branch. My employer has provided me with a letter of motivation and letter showing the relationship between the Canadian, South Africa and German entities of our company. Mu current company has also provided me with a reference letter. As per the requirements for the IMM5923E checklist. when applying online on the portal? Do I still need to provide proof of the business establishment in Canada? My Canadian employer will not be keen on sharing with me company financials for the application? Invitation letter? would this not be the letter of motivation from my Canadian employer? Thanks
