i’ve been trying to get this for months. I’m on my third and last appeal with Harvard Pilgrim before I take it to the Maine insurance commission. if I’m not successful, I plan to bring a full-blown lawsuit against Harvard Pilgrim for pain suffering, intentional affliction of emotional distress and negligent affliction of emotional distress. These insurance companies are unbelievable.
